🔋 Panasonic Eneloop Pro Battery Storage Cases - 4AA or 5AAA Battery Capacity - Obsidian Gray (Pack of 2) Review

Great little battery cases at an affordable price (best to buy in a 6 pack). I keep Energizer Lithiums in it since lithium works best in the extreme temperatures we experience here in South Texas during the summer, but I may add some Eneloops to the collection soon as well. They aren't waterproof but make it easy to organize or pack AA and AAA batteries for travel or emergency kit.

This is a real offer! Very good quality and holds your eneloop batteries perfectly. The case protects the batteries very well and does not accidentally open in the backpack. Do yourself a favor and get these, if you're looking for an AA or AAA battery case you won't be disappointed. Don't waste your money on these cheaper battery cases as they don't hold the batteries securely and can open during shipping. See my posted photos of these cases.

Very good storage cases. I've tried many of these at Revain and elsewhere and they've become my favorites for a variety of reasons. Size, AA/AAA design, latch security. I think it's just the right balance for me. Some of the others on the market have very weak latches or plastic, are too heavy or cheap etc but may have nifty features like lockable cases. but I don't usually use the lock feature and prefer a simpler design. Overall very good, but I would have liked a slightly lower price.

This review refutes some users' claims that these cases are difficult to open. Position the case with the Panasonic label facing up and place the case on the palm or four fingers of one hand excluding the thumb. I only bought the battery boxes for short to medium-term storage. I expect to be opening and closing the container quite a bit. I'm looking for a strong hinge and thick plastic construction. Better than other cases I've tried. Not waterproof, but I wasn't expecting that at this price point. The clamps haven't broken after 2 or 3 opens and closes, which puts them ahead of most. The 5 battery size is odd but if you are using a device that runs on 2 batteries and you are using them in sets of 2 then I think it evens out. However, the layout also works well with 1-4 batteries. Opening and closing this case requires a little more force than other similar cases I've used in the past. I don't know how they will hold up over time but my first impression is that they will probably last longer than some of the cheaper ones. Cases work very well just what I wanted but the label is annoying because it's stuck on the front as I have several different brands of batteries. It would be better if they had a blue bottom and a transparent top - this would also allow for two different sides to be used to indicate "loaded" or "must load".
