I needed something to keep moving after tearing my Meniscus, but before surgery. I ordered and sent back many things from many different websites. This one is perfect. I have 25 inch thighs, so I needed something big but not bulky, something with adjustable support but not metal and this fit the bill. I love that it slides right on and the straps can be tightened to just the right amount of support. I would only suggest one thing for the company, to put in strap extenders for those that need a little more support. Otherwise, I love this knee support. It does not limit my range of motion or slide down while working out. This is definitely a good product. I have only worn it 2 days, but so far, I have no pain when walking and I have 3 weeks to go until surgery! So this helps me walk without pain and constant fear of my knee giving out or locking up!
