Instructions are minimal but if you are good with computers you should be able to figure it out. The Vulkan mounting brackets are strong and basic, but they don't offer enough adjustment. The program is easy to use and configure. Customer service/technical service is not very responsive. I called twice and was forced to leave messages. To date I have not received a call back. I ended up emailing them and after a day or two I got a useless reply. I ordered mounting hardware (not expensive, $15 for three) and am very happy with it. Although the time from the moment the camera sees movement to when it starts filming is too long, the cameras are good, relatively easy to set up and they look good. I would buy them again but Revain needs to make some improvements.
