Should have read the 'bad' reviews!
I read the instructions that were in the box. I swapped out the adapter which was easy. He took off the plastic "washer" according to the instructions. Tried to install. but in vain. The notched, pointed end of the wiper was not long enough to fit fully into the metal wiper arm. Compared to the original blade, it was about 1/2 inch shorter. I tried several times and nothing worked. No positive "lock" can be touched. I had to go back. I do not recommend the later model Volvo XC90.
