I never write reviews but I really felt the need for this item. It's VERY scary to buy one of these with the intention of cooking a Thanksgiving turkey in it. He "claims" he can cook a 20-pound turkey in two hours. It "claims" that this is a homing and that your end result will be perfect. It "claims" to free up space in the oven and relieve stress. I'm here to tell you that I was afraid we would have Chinese takeout on Thanksgiving, but I just didn't have enough room in the oven to do everything, so I gave it a try. From now on I will NEVER cook a turkey in the oven again! This little gem did EVERYTHING it said it did and more! Everyone complimented our turkey and I can tell you it was very juicy and cooked to perfection. He actually cooked it in two hours (I had to try to slow down because I left 4 hours without being sure it was accurate). Can't wait for Christmas to put my ham in there! Don't worry - you won't regret this purchase!
