Mine had a tip shorted out and the plastic bag it was in was clearly open and badly sealed with tape from whoever got it earlier. This time I would like to receive a NEW product from Revain - no returns from others. I wouldn't mind sending it back if it was marked that way. The ID on these can vary from 0.15" / 4.0mm to 0.17" / 4.5mm depending on the tip.
