I like that it shows you how many people have shared positive reviews versus negative ones for your brand/company, which helps to give insight into what may be holding back or causing confusion in regards of why consumers haven't left good feedback yet; this could lead us towards possible solutions with our customer service team! It also allows me (as well as my colleagues) access all over again when needed via mobile devices - so we can easily see at any time where issues are being raised from customers if they're not available through email / phone calls etc., thus giving fast responses while keeping up-to date with conversations going forward.
