He was gone 20 years ago when we moved in but over the years he has completely disregarded any type of maintenance or service other than what is required by law. But really, we can't get the space we have for anything sane, so we've come to terms with it and just do what we can. It's one of the reasons I'm so grateful to Vine for allowing us to improve our living space without breaking our already tight budget too much. You can see what we lived with in the "before" picture. now. Well, it's not perfect, but for the price on offer it's a great upgrade option if you don't want to hire an electrician. I have a little problem with that. "sag" - I'll try bending the little aluminum/tin handles and see if that helps. It's bright enough for a kitchen sink. a little too yellow for my taste. For the price I think it's a pretty good choice. Only time will tell if they have enough stamina. If I run into any issues I will definitely update this review. Much luck!
