Size Chart = Slim fit, size up for a looser fit
I followed the brand's sizing chart but the shirt was too small for a comfortable fit. I went for 18 Big and I usually wear 3XL. So use that as a starting point and go up a size or two unless you want the shirt to be fairly tight. I prefer them loose so I can't wear them. The fabric is decent but not as comfortable as other cotton/poly blends I've worn, including shirts cheaper than this one.
