Never worn this style of shorts. Wanted to wear something underneath my other shorts when I work out. I was looking for something other than cotton against my skin. These shorts are thin and breathable. They fit like compression shorts but not too tight. I wouldn't wear them alone as they can show through when stretched. Three pairs for less than $20. this is a good buy.
