Review on 🔋 Garmin Vivoactive 4 GPS Smartwatch: Music, Body Energy Monitoring, Animated Workouts, Pulse Ox Sensors, and More – Black by Jonathan Davenport

Edit: I've had the watch for over a year now. The only noticeable degradation was with the Bluetooth connectivity. So far there have been no problems with skipping music or interrupted audio. In the last 6 months it has gotten a bit worse with a few jumps (500ms) per song. There is no problem with music when connected to my phone, so it's not a headphone. First Review: I was looking for a smartwatch that could download Spotify playlists, connect to Bluetooth headphones, track GPS while running/hiking, had long battery life, and had a fast, lag-free touchscreen interface. I've been wearing the watch for about a week, here are my impressions so far: - Connecting the watch to my phone and Wi-Fi to download my Spotify playlists was pretty easy and didn't take long. - I use a pair of Samsung Galaxy Headphone Buds. Connecting to the watch was extremely easy. When playing music from the watch, there are practically no connection problems. Within 1.5 hours I might have a few milliseconds where the music is choppy. Almost not worth mentioning, but gladly if others have problems. GPS tracking seems great so far, no problem here. Battery life when not listening to music is excellent. Often consumes only 5-8% within 10-12 hours. Battery life when listening to music and connecting to Bluetooth headphones could be better. After listening to music for 2 hours, I saw a battery discharge of 30%. Good enough for me but could be better which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. The touchscreen is very responsive and I had no lag issues at all. The clock has many functions and much more. apps/widgets. It can be a little overwhelming when trying to navigate for the first time, but within an hour of wearing the watch for the first time I was comfortable with where everything was.
