This little player has great sound. My only complaint is that there is no pause button to pick up where you last left off. I knew this when I bought it and figured it wasn't a problem. I liked the price. Then my son bought one from a thrift store that has a pause button. I like it a lot more. I use it in the car to listen to books on cassette and often have to pause. So if this isn't a problem for you, the player is excellent.
