This worked for about 1 month then the laser just stoppec working. Prior to that, it skipped like crazy, even though it comes with anti-skip protection. At the gym, I would place my cd player in the pouch of my hoodie while I lifted weights, and it skipped constantly. It never made it through a single song. I was very pleased with this DVD player I like the fact that it's rechargeable saving $ on batteries. Also was pleased that it had an aux jack as I was able to use a portable external speaker for when I am doing house work or crafts. When I first received it, I walking around with it and not a skip. The sound quality is excellent. I use it mostly for audio books, but have also played music DVDs both are crystal clear.

I have some CD-ROM's that can't be downloaded from the net,(I bought them 15 years ago) and the only way i could play them was to balance a computer on my lap. This CD player is not very expensive, and it does what I need, that is, play those CD's. There may be fancier ones out there, but I wasn't looking for alot of extra features. Also, I've dropped it a few times, and it continues to work.

Excellent sound and overall effect is very good. I am very satisfied with this unit. There may be a bit louder, that is, the sound may be louder. If you plan to use it in areas with a lot of background noise, it may not be your best choice. For us, although very suitable. Our kids mainly use it for listening to audiobooks, and they told me that the sound quality is much better than any CD player we had before.I only own it for a month, so I can't say how strong it is, but it looks solid so far.

I made a mistake by thinking this was a easy to use player. The box was full of parts and wires. I have no idea of how to put it together. It has no batteries. I bought it because I have flash backs when trying to sleep and was told playing a CD player was being used to allow a person to hear a book or music that allowed a person to fall asleep I am so disappointed it will take new batteries almost every night. I can not afford buying so many batteries.

My new Subaru Outback didn't come with a CD player and the factory ones were 500 bucks so we were looking for something affordable and this really works great. It never skips while on the road and just what we needed. Would definitely buy again.

hard to put batteries in and after using 2 times batteries went dead and new batteries put in again didn't work not worth the money to send back but did anyway

I never used the player, as I was unable to sync it to my car`s audio system. I returned it unused, but never received a refund, even though I received an email stating that a refund was issued.

Birthday present for 11-year-old grandson. He likes it very much. He doesn't have a mobile phone and likes to listen to some of our original CDs. This product is completely he likes, and now he would hold it before going to bed and listen.

The cd player was very light weight and flimsy. It felt like it was not durable. The sound was not acceptable. It was a real challenge to get the batteries in and out. And then, within a week, it just stopped working. I returned it. Made in China.

I love this CD player, it works great in my car and so easy to use, I can see it easily in my car at night and easy to change cd’s.
