Excellent for back and nerve pain
I suffer from lower back pain and sciatic nerve pain on my right side. I can't remember not waking up tired from flipping and flopping all night we 3 different pillows. After the 2nd night sleeping with this pillow I woke up feeling rested. Wish I had found this jewel years ago. I am a side sleeper but I have enjoyed back sleep with the support of this pillow. It's amazing. I am ordering one for my husband and also my cousin that suffers from sciatic nerve pain.
