Exactly my opinion but I wouldn't rate it as heavy duty (from my experience so far the overall design seems to be on the medium side). The casters have smooth 3" (7.5 x 22) diameter polypropylene wheels with a non-metallic hub and non-removable riveted axle. Fork, brake lever and stem threads are zinc plated metal. All casters in the set have 360 ball bearings Degrees swivel and have locking levers.Photo shows easy assembly parts and a very basic assembly wrench.The cardboard packaging helps me keep track of all the parts until I start assembling them.I was hoping for a stronger construction but at least they don't rust as much light weight and hopefully get the job done for a reasonable price I hope you find my photos and comments helpful while watching this video set.
