I often add a tablespoon or two to vegan protein shakes to add protein and fiber and cut down on the sweetness. Some people may find the texture uncomfortable. Hemp protein doesn't mix well with runny liquids; A certain separation begins. This is not a problem with thicker liquids such as smoothies. It's also pretty gross. If that bothers you a lot, it might not be for you. Make sure to rinse your glasses after drinking - dried hemp blend is really hard to clean!
