Not installed by user. I'm an IT pro and have moderate skill at repairs like this. Bought the kit without seeing the repair video. Note. The seller didn't provide any instructions or videos, but there is an independent guide on YouTube. When the video said to use a heat gun, I was fine with that. When the video said to use "our patented machine" to separate the glass from the display, I gave up. Watch the full repair video before purchasing.
