I can say it will be a great wallet, just needs to wear it. It doesn't come out "worn" or faded, it's consumer work! Just slip it in your back pocket and give it time. The smell is a bit strong but not unpleasant. I don't know anyone who sniffs their wallet, so that shouldn't be a problem. The smell disappears like skin tones. The zippered pocket is pretty good, but I can't put loose change in it. The zip runs the full length of the wallet in addition to the regular paper money compartment. Overall excellent for the price.
