Easy to use, beautifully packaged and a vast improvement over balance beam style hand force sensors. Setup is easy and I made sure to use a calibration weight before measuring my cartridge. The instructions could be a bit more detailed, but it's enough to get the job done. It worked great and really helped me set the right downforce that sounds better and is safer for your recordings. The cost is extremely reasonable (finally!) considering how many years digital sensors like this have often cost hundreds of dollars. You won't be using it all that often because you probably won't be changing cartridges very often, but it's important if you do. In any case, I usually check mine once a year, since the sag of the cantilever (needle assembly) can change over time and therefore you need to adjust the downforce. The bonus is they give you an extra battery, although I don't see them lasting around 3-5 years anyway.
