A complete disaster, the product definitely did not pass the quality check!!!

Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro on Miui 11, there is no NFC in the "Connection and Sharing" section, even if you enter NFC settings in the search bar, it does not find anything. BUT the smartphone comes with an NFC module, but in the settings you can’t find anything about it anywhere . please tell me how to deal with this problem?
