Review on 💡 Lithonia Lighting WF6 LED 27K: Brilliantly Efficient Illumination by Cynthia Beauchene

These lights are going back. I was forced to look for a low profile solution after opening the ceiling to find a duct meant to hold 2 lamps. I was looking for solutions and found these well tested lights there on Revain. I hoped that would save me. The first problem was that the lighting required a much smaller opening than the standard 6" old tin I was trying to install. PIA replaced the drywall around the hole, but you have to do what you have to do. I *think* these spotlights would fit in a standard 5" hole the size of an old tin can. I installed 6 of these on the ceiling of my room along with a high quality Leviton Z-Wave dimmer. I have LED lights in mine with this dimmer Installed all over the house and didn't expect any problems Now for problems 1) The first time the lights flashed a few times when brought to 100% I would say 1 flicker is about 50% and a flash flicker is about 80% .Once the light hit 100% there was no more flickering.When I turn them off they smooth out well.When I set the dimmer to different levels most stay on with no problem.About 75% of the time fla however, they peep all the time. 2) At 100% there is a slight hum from the headlights. Not sure if it's just 1 or all, but the hum was noticeable. 3) The color is too orange. I'm used to buying 2700K bulbs and prefer warm colors. However, they are more orange than other brands with a rating of 2700,000. I expect 2700K to be in the yellow spectrum, but they go all the way to orange. That's enough to be a problem for me. I have already ordered another brand to replace it. I will update my review if I find anything else to recommend.
