I felt confident that I was working with experts who knew their stuff! They are very thorough and helpful. I felt very comfortable working with them and always felt I was able to ask questions. I never felt uncomfortable in any way. I enjoyed every interaction I had with them. They were very good at taking time to listen to my needs and then helping me figure out what would be best for me. They were honest with me, very upfront, and never tried to up-sell me to something that I didn't need or want. They were very diligent and always got the job done. They are very responsive and always open to feedback and ideas from me. I appreciate the fact that if I needed something to be done, they were quick to get it done and get it done right. I never felt that they overpromised and under delivered. I had a great experience with them and would highly recommend them. Drummond St. Strategy provided us with the best customer service that I have ever encountered. I cannot say enough good things about I like that they provide all of their services in-house so there is nothing for me outsource or have them work with an outside firm which would be costly if things go wrong at any point along the way! The team has been great from day one - very professional & knowledgeable about our industry as well as what works best online/offline both now but also into 2017 when it comes down to digital advertising campaigns.
