I'm changing my first 5 star rating to 1 (and would give ZERO if I could). After it broke the first time they were good enough to replace it and I thought maybe I just got a broken one. But after just a year (using it maybe 1-2 times a week) he broke the exact same piece AGAIN and they refused to replace it. They said they would give me half of the others but why would I even think of paying another cent when I know it would break again. Don't waste money! EXCEPTIONAL customer service. This electric aerator is awesome, unfortunately the liquid nozzle to which the plastic hose is connected broke after about a year and so I was able to use it longer. I emailed Aervana explaining the problem and they immediately emailed me a new one. I am very happy that my aerator is back!
