I originally ordered a size 11 (my usual size) but when I tried them on they were too big. I returned them and ordered 10 1/2 wide but they were too long and when I tried to tighten the laces they broke. I sent back the second pair and ordered a size 10 wide which fit perfectly. The width of these moccasins is true to size but the length is far from correct. Thank goodness for the Revains free return policy! Some things to watch out for: the sizing is wrong and the laces are not strong at all. Although I eventually found a good fit, these are not the Minnetonka moccasins that were available years ago. They are no longer made in America and the quality seems to have dropped accordingly. However, there's good news: once I've found a pair that fits me, I have to say that they're comfortable, they look good, and they look just like they did years ago when I first started wearing Minnetonka moccasins.
