The best part about PGM has been that I have realized how much we as an agency are able manage this service versus what it can do without our involvement and focus. There were benefits, there was nothing terrible really - but some things like getting paid quicker might be better if you could figure out ways around such systems with other providers or vendors? Not too sure honestly because i am not in charge of paying everyone involved so maybe its something someone else should think over before jumping ship from another provider/agency/vendor etc.? They did work well together (it seemed). I like how easy it was when we were setting up our system, everything went very smoothly with no hiccups or issues as of yet! The software does not seem too customizable if you need any additional features that are missing in their standard package (ie billing). We have been able to see all physician activity within one place which has helped us keep track more efficiently than before using other services/apps out there individually.
