Review on Kegco Standard Kegerator Refrigerator Conversion by Josh Tadder

I bought this for our garage fridge and surprised my husband for his birthday. He was excited. Except for the clamps, all components are of high quality. We had a small gas leak because the plastic hose clamps were inadequate and difficult to tighten. That's easily fixed with a couple of metal hose clamps from the hardware store, but that's the only reason I'm deducting a star. Upgrade the clips to match the quality of the rest of the kit and it becomes a 5 star product! Keep in mind that most CO2 transport companies (at least the ones around us) want you to swap out your tank and not many offer tank refills. to have. It was a bit of a hassle for us as we have this fancy fun tank and don't want to trade it for a battered old one. In hindsight I would buy the kit without the fancy tank and get the tank from our local supplier. It would be a lot easier to just strike a deal than drive to where they fill up and wait. No complaints about the company that made it, just something to think about if you are considering installing a kegerator.
