Great Support and Knowledgeable staff that works all hours of day
The interface is intuitive with good support from customer service who work around the clock when needed as well as have great product knowledge themselves! I would love for them to create an app version so it could be accessed outside their firewall (no easy task). Have no issues thus far but looking forward to seeing what they can do next year! They've been able to help us implement our ERP system more effectively than ever before which was one very important requirement set by my organization's leadership team.
Pros
- Ableto manage almost all functions within Microsoft Dynamics that we use in regards managing day today operations
- Service personnel are knowledgeable, friendly & always available via phone or email if assistance needs.
- Very flexible pricing structure along w/ contract options
- We chose annual billing instead
