I was looking for an inexpensive portable DVD player with HDMI output that I could use at home and on the go (e.g. for my daughters projector and their movie nights). This one is small and costs so well that I had to make a purchase. It's a region independent DVD player that will even play the DVDs my husband bought in Australia that are in a region other than the US. We wanted a DVD player that could do this for us as we have quite a few of these DVDs. This player also has a USB port and can receive movies stored on a USB storage device. The remote control is easy to use. The image quality is also as expected. It comes with an HDMI cable (to connect to a TV or projector) and a micro USB cable (to connect to a TV or other power source) as it needs to be plugged into a power source (not for charging). Devices). The instruction manual is included and very well described. The guide even explains how to set parental controls if the drives have such a feature. There is also a splash screen in case the DVD player is idle. All in all a great deal and a really good product. Very handy as a portable mini DVD player that reads and burns both DVDs and CDs.
