Review on 🌈 Tulip One-Step Tie-Dye Kit Kaleidoscope: Vibrant 12-Color Tie Dye Experience by Heather Shaw

The set was fun and relatively easy. The suggested designs were helpful, although we ended up searching online for more elaborate designs. We dipped the garment in water and then wrung it out well before tying it into the desired design with an elastic. As for the app itself, it was more confusing than expected. We did it outside on a plastic tarp but the liquid splattered everywhere. I wouldn't recommend doing a small/complicated design with these bottles alone. We rotated the garment to try to fully saturate it from all sides, but again it came out very messy. After we finished applying it looked like the underside would turn an ugly liquid brown and I was worried. But it sure didn't work that way! We leave our shirts on for 24 hours, as that's how long it takes for the sweatshirts to be mostly dry, then give them a good rinse and put them in the washing machine with a little detergent on a cold and delicate, heavy load, as use is recommended of excess water for washing. Everything turned out very cool and light and not brown at all! However, we used all parts of all bottles except the brown one and ended up with two crew neck sweatshirts, one short sleeve t-shirt and two long sleeve t-shirts (these two are not pictured). If we hadn't made hoodies and long sleeves, we MAYBE have only made 8 shirts. The kit says you can do up to 36 projects, but unless you're coloring headbands and bandanas, that's not true. But overall a good product.
