
IMHO it was a waste of money. The plastic on the handle, which you must use to secure the food so you can safely slide over the blade, is broken on both sides. I think you need to cut the food into tiny pieces to keep it safe. I think if I've already carved such a small object, what's the point of a few more stabs with a knife?
