The packaging was a mess
I had read previous reviews of dirty packaging and mine was covered in conditioner too. I just washed it off. It wasn't a big problem. Love the shampoo and conditioner and the convenience of the dispensers for my 7 year old daughter who is starting to shower and wash her hair by herself. I took off a star so hopefully they can find better packaging so people don't get confused.
