I like that it's easy to navigate, especially for new employees who are unfamiliar with how payroll works in general. The interface can be confusing at first glance but once you get used to it there isn't much to dislike about this system. It has helped us streamline our employee pay process so we're able to spend more time actually doing what we do best - managing people! We've also been able to eliminate errors from manual calculations which helps keep everyone honest and accountable as far as paying their fair share of taxes each year.
