Scrap, poorly welded, the threaded part breaks off and stays in the tree
This is scrap. Look at the picture, I installed them in wooden posts to hang patio lights (yes we drilled a drill bit first to make a hole for it) and some of them broke off the screw part during installation! It's not a piece, its several pieces joined together are poorly welded, while the garlands aren't that heavy and we could support the weight, but with a little pull on the ARROW they break, I wasted a bunch. I won't buy again, save your money.
