Great when you're taking a roasting hot casserole dish from a high heat.
Baking bread in a grill heated to 500 degrees Fahrenheit is no easy task. The pot is heavy and very hot. Heat penetrates even with good mittens or oven mitts. A few good thumbtacks are very important. I'm so glad I found her. You wash well. I wash them with cup towels and let them air dry. This is a great addition to the kitchen.
