The legal knowledge base at BS has been developed through years upon generations working cases from all sides. That means that they can be trusted as experienced professionals able to help navigate complicated situations without being too bogged down by minutia or details when necessary. Also very responsive! Highly recommended if you need guidance but don't want long contracts which many firms will require (I believe it was 25+ page standard). My father passed away after an auto accident so I needed assistance filing my mother’s estate quickly due her condition causing issues getting papers signed while she still had mental capacity/breath. I would say that they were very knowledgeable about our company’s needs and gave us great advice. The only thing we didn't like was how expensive it could be. They had high overhead costs, which made hiring them difficult because you have no idea if your project will be successful or not so that makes it hard to pay upfront. Great place, but make sure you know what you're getting into as far as cost goes. We got good advice from them when looking at incorporation options.
