I recently made a wall art print buy from Yearainn's online store, and I was dissatisfied with the transaction. The print I received did not match the image on their website, despite the fact that their website is simple to browse and their product description is inaccurate. As promised, the colors weren't vibrant and were rather dull. Additionally, the product's quality was lacking. The picture itself was unevenly cut, and the frame was flimsy and poorly made. To solve the problem, I got in touch with their customer support, but I was disappointed by how unhelpful and unprofessionally they responded. I was left with a merchandise that I didn't like because they wouldn't offer a refund or an exchange. Additionally, because of the lengthy shipping process, the product came after the scheduled delivery date. Their packaging did not impress me because it was not secure and the item came broken. Overall, my encounter with Yearainn's web shop was disappointing. Customer support was unhelpful, the shipping and packaging were inadequate, and the product quality was subpar. I wouldn't suggest using this website to buy wall art prints or house decor.
