Strong but annoying
It is easy to install, but once installed it keeps banging on the door when we open the door. The noise level was so annoying we just removed it and lowered it. We used it on our main bathroom doors as they didn't have locks. But as said, if you plan on installing the hook piece on the doors yourself, prepare for loud rebounding noises when you close or open the doors unless you tie it with velcro or something similar. Otherwise it is a strong hook lock. Very durable.
