The leash ripped right out of the packaging.
I'm a big fan of the Elite Spanker brand. I have two collars from the company as they are really strong and tough on my pit bull. I was very disappointed when I purchased their Bungee Tactical line and found that the end clip was already broken before I even opened the packaging. It also arrived a day late which was unfortunate as I was going to use it on a hike but I still couldn't use it as the clip was broken. Not sure if it was due to shipping but I am very hesitant to get another one as it has already happened without even using a leash.
