The customer support team really knows their stuff, they are quick to respond and helpful. Easy to set up and navigate. We have been able to automate our email campaigns as well as manage our CRM data. It's also easy to understand for non-technical users. It could be improved by adding more templates but that might be asking too much from a free product. If you want a simple solution to help with your email automation, then Simple Data is worth looking into. We are using it to send targeted emails to potential customers in order for them to move forward with buying a home.
