I'm a professional musician. I bought them for recording in my studio and for video conferencing. I can't use Bluetooth headphones due to latency issues. They are perfect for what I need them for. The only problem was figuring out how to wear them. That's why I've attached a photo. They came without instructions. I find them very comfortable when worn properly. They also stick to jumping. They sound good, although I certainly wouldn't use them for mixing music (which they're not designed for anyway). I kept them all the time, even during breaks. You can simply pull them away from your ear and hang loosely on the sides of your ears for snap-on deployment. Excellent. The cable is great too. I haven't tried them on stage with the band. I highly recommend them. They are of course not for your phone!
