Review on 🖥️ Huion A4 LED Light Pad for Tracing and Drawing with Adjustable Brightness, AC Powered - 12.2x8.27 Inch by Leah Nelson

After just a few uses, I couldn't turn on the backlight. I'm freaking out running through the various outlets in my apartment, warming my hands because I thought the touch power button wouldn't recognize my finger touch, plugging and unplugging the power cord from the lightbar, rummaging through my box of old cords of years old electronics, reviews reading, looking for a solution, etc. I finally figured out what the problem was. After playing with the connection for a few minutes, I found that when I wiggled the end of the power adapter, a small red light (indicating power) came on. Then I realized that if I squeeze both sides of the lightbar near the end of the connector to make the connection tight, the power supply would work just fine. So instead of fighting with customer service like some of the other reviews explained (and also to save dollars on shipping costs), I decided to set it up myself. I have found these tiny binding clips that apply just enough pressure to keep the connection tight and keep my strength every time I touch the button! See attached picture. I (slightly) removed the silver clamp handles so they didn't get in my way. Unfortunately, there are still small loops on the clips that protrude a few millimeters above the surface. That issue aside, I LOVE this lightweight pillow. I'm generous and this lightweight pillow is only losing 1 star because I had to come up with a solution. Otherwise I would give a 5 star rating! Unfortunately, many people have problems connecting to the power grid. Even if Huion only sends out some flat clips like this (but specially made for it and also flat on the surface), I think it would be an acceptable solution and I'm sure it would be greatly appreciated by everyone. Maybe they could offer to send them (for free) to anyone who asks. Are you listening, Huyon? Fix a product design issue or just add clips to any new products you ship to new customers.
