UPDATE MY REVIEW After using it for 2 weeks. Once the phone turned on by itself and didn't turn off. I even turned it off. I tried with another phone and everything was fine. :(Very disappointing. I am sending it back. I love this phone It's perfect for remote work and comes with a headset etc. But I'm sure it's a must-have for other types of customer service work Microphone moves so you can use it on the left or right side of your face Great buy.
