A real pleasure to use
This knife is exactly what I was looking for. Blade length and depth are ideal for slicing and chopping. Weight and balance is what I'm looking for. Fit and finish are first class. Even my 13 year old found it more convenient and easier to use and came to me with unexpected praise. Our only disappointment isn't with this knife, but that this series of knives has such a limited number of blade shapes.
- This santoku knife can be used for chopping, slicing, mincing vegetables, slicing meat and carving up large chunks. Good for intensive use in the kitchen.
