I bought this hammer for auto body work. I have a smaller hammer with similar interchangeable heads but I needed something bigger. I use rubber bushings to hammer large burrs into the metal without causing new damage. It's almost like a rubber mallet, but with better control. I used a metal head to drive in some nails when I couldn't find my regular hammer, the head was less damaged than I expected. The hammer is also very light, which is ideal as some dents require hitting in awkward orientations. Overall I think this is a great tool for small jobs or in my case body work.
