I've always used grocery store plastic bags for garbage. Why spend money on expensive Hefty or Glad bin liners when you can buy liners at the supermarket? I thought it was economical and efficient. But of course we can't endlessly dump huge amounts of plastic in landfills. My grocery store has stopped selling bags and I'm used to bringing my own cloth bags to the store. But I still have to take out the trash! I was able to reduce the actual household waste to recyclables and kitchen waste, so that actually only kitchen bags were needed. THESE BIODEGRADABLE BAGS ARE PERFECT! Cheap! Strong! Don't leak! They are the perfect size for me. I take out the trash once or twice a day so the small size suits me. Anything bigger and I'd have a big smelly bag in my kitchen all day.
