The valve redundancy kept me from going.
Riding through a particularly technical/rocky section I broke one of those waves completely in half. Any other valve would immediately deflate all air leaving me with my emergency snorkel, or worse, I would walk. Not these valves. The internal valve held the pressure and I was able to go out without any problems. I immediately ordered a replacement set. The stealth valve core is pretty cool too.
