Review on Microphone Wennyn Streaming Computer Flexible by Amy Patton

The video turned out ok - not the best quality, but it was a video of me. The problem was that I couldn't get the mic to work no matter what I did. I've also written to support (there's a note in the box to write to them) to ask what else could be wrong. They suggested unplugging it and plugging it back in (which I already did, so thanks?). They apologized but had nothing more to offer. Really pathetic product!
