I have two monitors in an unbalanced configuration. Once the brackets are installed, the monitors set themselves up in the configuration I want with minimal effort. The monitors are very light, I slowed down the gas spring settings for easier maneuvering when hanging my arms. When I mounted the monitors, the levers clicked into place without additional adjustment of the gas springs. The only improvement I would make is for the manufacturer to include a base plate template. The handles are very awkward to work with, I made a template out of an old manila binder to place the mounting screw holes.
