Item Not Working - Point of Sale Equipment (POS)
I've spent the second day trying to figure out what's wrong with it. If I plug it into a computer I can scan something and it will show up in the computer program I put the cursor in. However, if I scan something when it's not connected to my computer, I can't download that information. According to the instructions, when I'm not at the computer (which it does), the "blue light" on scanning flashes and it saves it until I return to the computer. But I cannot access this information. My IT support will take care of this in the next few days, but who needs a product that takes a lot of effort to figure out! Probably sent back. Very disappointing!
