I've been wearing them for three months now and haven't noticed a difference. They don't actually block blue light. I've bought the best pair of blue light blockers and regular blue light blocker glasses and they really help. The company I bought a nice pair of blue light blockers from also sent me a blue light laser pen to test. It goes right through those cheap goggles where it's blocked by every other blue light goggle in the house. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY.
